I am up front, straight-forward
and realistic about my photographic capabilities, my customer’s
expectations and my pricing, insuring an enjoyable and satisfying
experience for all. Feel free to read my

your photos, I re-do them! Coming from a background in TV News
Photojournalism, as well as Commercial Videography making commercials
for small businesses with a limited budget, I will work with each client
individually assessing their needs.
I design and maintain this website myself; it's 100% 'homemade!' Unlike
many websites that are only flash animations on the Internet, this site
is designed to give you plenty of information and assist you in your
photographic decisions. It may not be as fancy as the big designers who
get paid with top dollars to fabricate a state of the art website, but,
I do my best to inform you with all my services without all the
fanciness and pop-ups! After all, I’m a photographer first, and a web
designer second. So if you have a suggestion or find a problem with my

My digital setup allows me to create expensive looks very quickly for a
reasonable price.

Rates are negotiable, but the standard rate is:
$50 for residential properties
$75 for commercial properties (including restaurants or retail
locations)
I deliver 15-20 images of the space which includes exteriors/interiors.
I provide both low-resolution web-ready images and high-resolution
images suitable for printing delivered on CD.
High Dynamic Range Images available call for rates/examples.

Personal/Corporate Events:
When you're having an event or party, whether it's for your corporation
or personal Birthday party, I specialize in preserving those memories
with great shots indoors or out. Please call to set an appointment early
to check the availability of your event.
Experienced candid event photography comes from my days covering TV
News. I always had to be aware of possible shots in any situation.
Have great memories of your guests for your scrap book, website or
corporate presentation.
Receive your choice of a high-resolution CD-ROM of all your images, or
4 x 6 inch photo prints with a photo album of your event pictures within 24
hours.
Client will give notice, in writing, prior to the event, as to how many
images they desire and how long they would like the shoot to occur.
All required clearances, access, etc. must be ascertained and in-place
prior to event.
Fees do not include parking or other ancillary fees which must be
reimbursed.
Rates are negotiable, but the standard rate is:
$40 per hour/ divided into 10 minute increments, with a minimum of 1
hour.

(Glamour / Portfolio
Photography, On-Location):
Includes unlimited number of images, shot on digital. Minimum of 2
looks.
Natural light only.
Digital images of the marketable shots will be provided on CD.

General Photography (Live Venue
Music Shoot):
Up to 1 hour set.
Unlimited amount of images shot on digital, at media-grade
high-resolution, 3008 pixel images.
Photo clearance/All-Access clearance from the venue and a door comp
should be ascertained and be ready prior to show. I will confirm prior
to show.
Fees do not include parking or other ancillary fees which must be
reimbursed.
Rates are negotiable but my standard rate is:

Stock Photography/Landscape Photography Shoot Rates:
Need images for your website, flyer etc. Give me the topic and I will
shoot 15-20 images on that subject. Countryside pursuits, rural and city
life, my images capture it all, from the peaks to the valleys, and the
entire splendor of the Midwest countryside.
The Midwest, the United States and World-wide, lose yourself in a world
of emotion with the images I shoot for your publication.
Rates are negotiable, but the standard rate is:
$40 per hour.

Legal and Injury Photography:
If your claim-dispute is of a visible nature, a
set of professionally taken photographs, produced as documentary
evidence, to back up your claim-dispute will greatly enhance the
possibility of a successful outcome.
INDIVIDUALS:
I am available to visit you in the comfort of your own home to take your
or your lawyers instructions (letter required to support).
I will then arrange with you to produce a set of quality photographs of
your injury to support the claim you are making.
COMPANIES AND ORGANIZATIONS:
Claims resulting from disputes in areas of land, boundaries, fencing and
quarrying etc. are all greatly enhanced by the producing of a set of
professional quality photographs.
Rates are negotiable but my standard
rate is:
$50 per session.

World Travel Photography:
A lot of preparation is undertaken by me before embarking on a travel
shoot to a particular location.
The most famous buildings and landscapes around the world have all been
captured many, many times by various photographers.
White Shadow Photography endeavors to capture a different angle shot,
for all our clients portraying a different mood, whether it be
happiness, love, sorrow, taste, smell and or touch.
I like to show intimacy, so I can present my clients with with in most
cases, for them is an exclusive range of images.
I am available to travel anywhere worldwide, sometimes at a very short
notice, to fulfill a clients request all on a digital medium.

or Slide Scanned, plus $30 dollars for Production and shipping. Digital
Photos must be submitted on CD if possible otherwise an additional
charge may apply depending on medium.

Computer Imaging Services:
Image Scanning (Basic scanning of photographs, flat art up to 8.5 x 11,
slides, transparencies, and negatives): $2.00 each.
Image Editing (Basic edit includes sizing, redeye removal, and glare
from glasses, dust spots, and color balancing):
$2.00 each.
Major retouching $10 per hr.
Saving images to CD $5.00.

I want to be your photographer for life (its not really as weird as it
sounds), so I will take 15% off for
returning customers.

Estimates/Extras:
If you can supply such information about your
job as what sort of finished product you need, the location in which the
photography will need to be shot and the number of images required, we
can prepare an estimate for you. We are happy to meet with you to
discuss the requirements of your assignment.
The need to rent any additional equipment, or hire assistants, will be
determined in advance. An estimate will be presented for client
approval.

Legal
Obligations:
Under federal copyright law, copyright of all images rests with the
photographer. Original digital images are maintained on file with White
Shadow Photography. There is no 'use fee' for your business use of the
images if a credit line is added to the finished product crediting the
photography to ‘White Shadow Photography, St. Louis, MO’.
No image may be copied, scanned, manipulated, altered, stored digitally
or otherwise, or used for whatever purpose, without first obtaining
authorization and a "License to Use Permit" from White Shadow
Photography and paying the appropriate fee for the use of the image(s).
Any unauthorized use of my images will be deemed an infringement of such
laws and prosecution will follow.
Please inquire if you desire to purchase the copyright to the images.
Permanent ownership of an image is granted on a case by case basis and
is subject to negotiation. Base price to permanently own the copyrights
to an image is $150.
Copyright exists during the life of the photographer plus 70 years.
